Due to a pending retirement in early 2020, the Nebraska Rural Radio Association is seeking applications for a General Manager. The Nebraska Rural Radio Association consists of 10 stations across the state, anchored by flagship KRVN in Lexington, a 50,000 watt AM. The successful applicant should have a proven track record of management experience and have a thorough understanding of FCC rules and regulations. He/she will work closely with station managers and sales managers to develop budgets as well as strategies for the future. Experience with new media considered a plus. Ag background preferred. The Nebraska Rural Radio Association is the only farmer and rancher owned radio group in the country. The General Manager reports directly to a board of directors.
