Greeley County was among many counties to be struck by the vicious storms that tore through eastern Nebraska Tuesday. Donald Roy, Emergency Manger of Greeley County discussed the damage to the area.

"We have a lot of tree and pivot damage," said Roy. "A lot of grain bins that are completely blown off of their foundations. Roof of an old grocery store downtown has been blown off. We had some tornado touchdowns, but as far as we know we're tracking everything that we have found from straight winds, doesn't mean there isn't any tornado damage."

Roy said there was a report of 100 storm chasers in the area during the storms.

No injuries were reported.
