Watson says it is time to consider Independent for Senate

Todd Watson is a Lincoln businessman running as an Independent for Mike Johann's U. S. Senate seat.

During a campaign stop in Scottsbluff Monday, Watson told KNEB News it's time for tough decisions to keep Social Security and Medicare safe for the oldest Americans. Watson says someone needs to deal with the problem instead of simply "supporting" proposals based on party interests.

Watson told KNEB News he believes our collective obedience and relationship to God is paramount to the future of this country, and says he will fight to protect religous liberty of all people.

Watson says big parties controlled by big money are big contributors to the disasterous state Washington is in, and believes freedom from party politics is the way out. Watson says he would also work to repeal or defund Obamacare. In addition, he says he would attack Republican special interest laws that keep healthcare rates high after the repeal of Obamacare.
