WTO Arbitrator Sets COOL Deadline

A World Trade Organization arbitrator last week determined the deadline for "reasonable period of time" for the United States to implement WTO ruling in the dispute over the U.S. Mandatory Country-of-Origin Labeling law will be May 23, 2013. This determination is in response to requests last September from Canada and Mexico to set a date.
