After nearly 22 years as Scotts Bluff County Clerk of the District Court, Ann Rosenberry was saying farewell during her retirement party Friday at the District Court office.
Rosenberry told KNEB News she had some very fond memories of her years in the office, including humorous answers to questions on jury surveys and pictures demonstrating how the office has changed. But most importantly Rosenberry says she will remember the people she worked with, not only those in the office but the judges, attorneys and members of the community.
Rosenberry’s retirement party had a “Kentucky Derby” theme, in-line with her hobby of raising race horses with her husband, Veterinarian Dr. Dale Kurtz.
Scotts Bluff County Board Chair Mark Masterton says four people have applied for the position and a successor will likely be appointed in a couple weeks following recently completed interviews.
