YORK – An arrest has been made in Saturday’s burglary at the home of Jordan Foltz, brother of late Husker punter Sam Foltz.

According to the York County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old, Scott Davis, of Lennox, South Dakota, was stopped in York County early Sunday morning on suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated. York County Sheriff, Dale Radcliffe, runs through the details of the arrest.

Davis was arrested for, driving under the influence, possession of burglary tools and possession of stolen property. That burglary took place while the Foltz family was honoring Sam at the Husker’s season-opener against Fresno State.

The first reading for Davis in York County Court has been set for 2 p.m. on September 14, 2016.
