A Dodge County District Court judge Thursday denied the motion for a temporary injunction to put a halt to the Costco/Lincoln Premium Poultry chicken processing plant in Fremont.
But Judge Hall  took under consideration a second matter that due process was violated in relation to city council approval of adopting a blighted ordinance.
