A 26-year-old Scottsbluff man who reportedly had a gun hidden in his waistband has been arrested.
Scottsbluff Police were dispatched to the Home Depot parking lot after a Wal-Mart employee reported that a man with a gun had left the store and was heading south.
Officers were able to detain Cetan Herrera, and learned that he had stolen a BB Gun from Wal-Mart and fled the store. The stolen BB Gun was recovered from the bed of a truck that had been parked at Home Depot, and Herrera was transported to the county jail on a charge of shoplifting over $75.
