Chlorination of York Water System to begin Monday

YORK, Neb. – The City of York will begin chlorination of it’s four primary wells after discovering coliform last week.

The possible effects of chlorine in the system may be most prominent in these areas of town.  The wells are located at  10th & Greenwood, 17th & East (Miller Park), Nobes & Delaware, and 12th & Washington (Mincks Park).
