Feller waives right to preliminary hearing in Cuming County Court; bound over to District Court

Feller waives right to preliminary hearing in Cuming County Court; bound over to District Court

Former Beemer Lawyer John Feller waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to District Court in Cuming County Court Wednesday morning.

Feller has been charged with three counts of theft by unlawful taking, all Class 2A felonies each punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

He is accused of misappropriating client funds, and was disbarred after voluntarily handing over his law license earlier this year.

He is set to be arraigned in Cuming County District Court on August 2nd at 9:00 a.m.
