LINCOLN – Today, Governor Pete Ricketts, in accordance with a proclamation from President Donald J. Trump, announced that all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Parkland, Florida.
“Our hearts go out to the victims of the horrific tragedy in Parkland, Florida,” said Governor Ricketts. “Susanne and I send our thoughts and prayers to all those impacted by this senseless shooting.”
Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on February 19, 2018. The President’s proclamation can be found here.
