A man serving probation on possession of a controlled substance convictions was re-arrested on similar charges Monday. According to an arrest affidavit, a Lexington Police Officer assisted the Dawson County Probation Office in conducting a probation search of a Lexington residence. In a shed of the back yard, several baggies were uncovered that field tested positive for methamphetamine and cocaine. Twenty-two-year-old Christian Estrada-Camacho was booked into the Dawson County Jail on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Dawson County Court Tuesday where his bond was set at 10% of $5,000. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for September 1, 2016 at 8:45am.
Back in May 2016, Estrada-Comacho began serving a three-year term of Intensive Supervised Probation after pleading guilty to two charges of charges of possession of a controlled substance. He has yet another case of possession of a controlled substance pending in Dawson County District Court.
