Minden man arrested in Lexington confrontation

Minden man arrested in Lexington confrontation

Officers with the Lexington Police Department have arrested a 35-year-old Minden man in connection with a weekend traffic dispute that involved a weapon. Lexington Police Cap. Paul Schwarz says it occurred along Plum Creek Parkway Friday. A woman reported that a subject pulled a vehicle alongside hers, rolled down the window and pointed a gun at her. Cap. Schwarz says the subject and reported victim were not acquainted.

On Monday, Aaron Clark was taken into custody. He was arraigned Tuesday in Dawson County Court on charges of Terroristic Threats and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony. Bond was set at 10% of $100,000. A preliminary hearing in the case was set for April 6, 2018 at 3:30pm.
