Nebraska Strong Drive For Flood Relief Raises Nearly Half-A Million Dollars

The Nebraska Strong Drive For Flood Relief raised nearly $437,000 on Friday to benefit  the American Red Cross efforts in  Nebraska and southwest Iowa.

Sponsored by the Nebraska Broadcasters Association, with 840 KTIC and 107.9 the Bull taking part,  all contributions raised Friday by the one-day hotline will go to the American Red Cross to benefit flood victims.

Although the hotline is closed, you can still donate to the  Red Cross flood relief  efforts at the Lincoln, Omaha and Grand Island offices.

All contributions made Friday to the hotline will go directly to local chapters of the American Red Cross benefiting flood victims in Nebraska and southwest Iowa. The hotline is now closed.
