A Scottsbluff man charged in an early April pursuit has agreed to plea to three felonies in the case.  Court documents say 39 year old Timothy Trujillo pleaded no contest or guilty Friday to three felonies,… driving under suspension, resisting arrest, and operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest.

Trujillo fled from Scottsbluff officers after they found out that he was driving on a 15-year suspended license.

The pursuit began in the 1700 block of 17th Avenue, and ended after Trujillo parked at Whiskey Creek and took off on foot. He was apprehended and handcuffed shortly after.

Sentencing before District Judge Leo Dobrovolny will take place at a later date.
