Wall of Hope butterfly donations for Festival of Hope

The annual Festival of Hope will be held Saturday June 16th, at the Scotts Bluff County Fairgrounds in Mitchell.

Dr. Vince Bjorling encourages people to recognize a cancer survivor or a loved one lost to cancer with a donation to the Wall of Hope.

Your $10.00 donation provides one square foot of space for photos, poems or other memorabilia and a symbolic butterfly on the Wall of Hope.

Bjorling says the easiest way to do that is to visit festivalofhope.org. He says there is a form there where you can put in the name of the person you wish to honor with your butterfly.

Or,  Bjorling says if you’re at Regional West the forms are available at the Cancer Treatment Center or the Internal Medicine section.

The Festival of Hope is a grass roots fundraising event organized by volunteers committed to assist area cancer patients during their treatment.
