Two very familiar faces are stepping down, or have stepped down, from full-time posts at Western Nebraska Community College according to agenda documents for today’s Western Community College Area Board of Governor’s meeting.

According to the personnel consent calendar, both Kristin Wiebe and Jennifer Sibal are stepping down.

Wiebe’s resignation from the the full-time post of WNCC Foundation’s Major Gifts and Planned Giving Officer was effective Dec. 31, however she tells KNEB News she  will continue with the Foundation in the same capacity part-time through September. Wiebe says she will be helping during a transition period including the hiring of a new full-time Programs and Giving Coordinator at the Foundation.

Sibal’s last day as WNCC’s Alumni Relations – Stewardship Director will be January 21st.

Also on the agenda is an appointment letter naming Lynne Koski of Gering as the new Vice President of Finance effective January 28th, as well as final approval of a new Associate of Fine Arts Degree.
