YORK, Neb. – After years of planning and preparation, the City of York will finally receive development of a project to help combat the county-wide housing issue.
The York County Development Corporation has announced plans for the development of an income-restricted 24 duplex project in the northeast corner of York. The $8.2 million project, dubbed Vistas at Meadow Grove, will be located on East 19th Street near Miller Park.
YCDC Executive Director Lisa Hurley, said rest assured, the 48 rental units will be top notch.
Ground is expected to be broken in June or July, with hopes of having the development framed-in by winter.
