It’s week two of the high school football season for Nebraska schools and opening night for Wyoming teams.
We’ll have three games here at KNEB tonight across two different platforms.
Scottsbluff is hoping to make it a 2-0 start to the year. They needed a late, time consuming touchdown drive last week to put Hastings away and Head Coach Joe Benson is hoping to see more out of his team tonight.
Coverage on 94.1 The Brand and kneb.com will start at 5:15
On KNEB AM 960 and kneb.com it’s the home opener for the Gering Bulldogs as they entertain a McCook team off a big rivalry win against Aurora last week. Coverage will start at 6:15. Gering fell to Grand Island Northwest 34-0 in their opener. Bulldogs Head Coach Todd Ekart knows there are no secrets when the Bison roll into town.
The Gering vs. McCook game will also be our KNEB.tv / Allo channel 15 game of the week tonight with coverage starting at 6:50 p.m.
