Coach Said It
“We got off to a slow start,” Tony MinattaClick here to hear it said. “It was unfortunate to give up the early goal the way we did, but we made some substitutions and those players really made an impact off of the bench and kind of took the game over. We challenged the players at halftime that started, and they more than answered the call. They took the game over and played some of the best soccer that we have played in the start of that second half. Tegan got the go-ahead-goal and then Klasey made it 3-1. Hats off to Creighton. They are a great team and they were working the ball well to put us under pressure early and cause us problems. It just shows that we have a lot to work on even though we did get a good result of it.”
