Husker baseball cancelled

Lincoln Nebraska's baseball game with CSU Bakersfield was cancelled Sunday due to rain in the Lincoln area. The game will not be made up, as CSU Bakersfield headed back to California Sunday tonight. Fans are able to use their ticket for Sunday's game for general admission to any of the Huskers' four remaining home games this year.

Due to finals this week, the Huskers do not have a midweek game and will next be in action next weekend at Bloomington, Ind., against the Indiana Hoosiers. The three-game series opens on Friday, May 5 at Noon (CT). Saturday's game will be shown nationally on the Big Ten Network and is scheduled for 10 a.m. The series concludes on Sunday at 11 a.m.
