Huskers even sand volleyball record

Irvine, Calif. - The No. 9 Nebraska sand volleyball team added two 5-0 victories on Wednesday, topping Irvine Valley College and Loyola Marymount. With the wins, Nebraska's record in dual matches is now 3-3.

The Huskers' pairs teams posted an undefeated record on the day, with the only three-set match coming as Meghan Haggerty and Sheridan Zarda took on LMU.

The Huskers return to action tomorrow against fellow first-year program UCLA at the Annenburg Community Beach House in Santa Monica, Calif., at 3 p.m. CT.
