Instructions You are welcome to enter the "Old Man Winter" contest ONCE EACH WEEK of the contest period through December 18, 2018. The new week begins each Saturday. Only one entry per registrant per week will be counted and any multiple entries will be discarded. You must also verify that you are at least 18 years of age and have read the instructions and contest rules.

Contest Rules 880 KRVN AM, 93.1 The River and 1580 KAMI AM Contest Rules Individuals are eligible to win a KRVN contest once every thirty days (unless the prize is judged by KRVN to be insignificant), and a prize valued at $600 or more once every calendar year. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Prize winners must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise specified all contest entires MUST be filled out at the sponsoring business. Entry pads removed from participating businesses will be deemed void. Only official KRVN/River entry forms will be accepted. Photocopies will not be allowed. Nebraska Rural Radio Association employees and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in any contest or promotion conducted by KRVN. All prizes should be picked-up at the office of KRVN during normal office hours (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, excluding Holidays) at 1007 Plum Creek Parkway, Lexington, NE 68850. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within 30 days of winning or by time designated to each contest. KRVN is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged during mailing or shipping. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. KRVN reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value. Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any broadcasting or advertising material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. Contestants may be required to sign a release form waiving KRVN of any liability for injury or death caused during the contest or by use of the prize. Contestants may be required to present a valid ID or driver’s license. KRVN reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Decisions of KRVN station management with respect to contests are final.
