(AUDIO) West Point-Beemer School Board meets for monthly meeting

The West Point-Beemer School Board met for their regular monthly meeting Monday night. One of the items on the agenda was P2T Funding Options. Superintendent Bill McAllister has the latest.

McAllister says there’s 77 students between West Point-Beemer and GACC attending it.

McAllister received a positive letter from a Pierce parent following the Cadet Boys Basketball team’s loss to the Bluejays in Pierce last week. McAllister says the team picked up the trash in the gym following the game.

The Cadets lost the game 50-23.

McAllister recently went to a Legislative Conference. He shares a little bit about his experience.

McAllister says as far as the Strategic Plan goes, the Website is not yet open to the public due to student data information being on there, adding the district hopes to have it up by the beginning of next school year as it is a work in progress.
