As of Friday, December 25, the Four Corners Risk Dial has been reset and remains in the Orange Elevated COVID-19 Risk Level at 2.38. The Risk Dial moved from the Red to the Orange level (2.63) last week. Public health recommendations and the COVID-19 dashboard are posted on our website at www.fourcorners.ne.gov.
Over Christmas Eve and Day (December 24 and 25), there were 34 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the District:
- Seward County had 19 new cases for a total of 1,571.
- York County had 9 new cases for a total of 1,345.
- Butler County added 3 cases for 729 total cases.
- Polk County had 3 new cases for 463 cases total.
As of December 25, the total cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in the Four Corners District was 4,108. There were 293 new cases in the previous 14 days, with 139 of those cases recorded in the past 7 days.
Over the prior 7 days (Dec. 19-25), the totals for each county are as follows:
- Butler County—22
- Polk County—7
- Seward County—66
- York County–44
