Central Community College men’s basketball is pleased to announce the signing of Kristion Johnson, a 2019 graduate of Northwest High School in Omaha.

Johnson averaged 12 points, five rebounds, three steals and two assists per game. He was named Class A All-State Honorable Mention by the Omaha World-Herald following his junior and senior campaigns. Johnson was also named All-Metro Conference Honorable Mention as a senior.

“Kristion brings some much needed length and athleticism to the guard position,” said CCC head coach John Ritzdorf. “Offensively, he has the skill set to score at all three levels. Kristion has the ability to play and defend multiple positions on the floor and his versatility will help him play an important role for us during his CCC career.”

Johnson will major in criminal justice at CCC. He is the son of Donnie Johnson of Omaha.
